Many places in the vendor section. Many people go with Old Man Emu shocks and springs optionally spacers and there are a ton of vendors that carry these products. Expedition Exchange, Bill Burke, British Pacific to name three. There are other manufactures of shocks, springs,spacers, cones, mounts... depends on how much lift and the performance that you desire.

On a Disco, for ~2"-3", it's very simple, just swap springs. Bearmach, OME, Rovertym, those are the common ones. Check http://www.thatchedroofgarage.com/ for good prices....
