'94 D1 drips oil at the filter. (okay, it drips oil from a lot of places, but this is the one I'm currently looking at). I've tried different brands of filters (Puralator, Fram . .) but still get a dribble from the base of the filter that runs down and drips on the driveway, not a lot, about the size of a dime every 24 hours or so. Anyone else have this problem? What's the popular brand of filter? -Jim |

I had this problem - the mounting flange for the filter had come loose. Take the filter off and tighten the big bolt (hollow center that has the threads for the filter to screw onto). |
