But to void the warrantee they would need to prove that the modification was the cause of the failed component to be covered from the warrantee.   Paul D. I have been somewhat lucky with the items that I have had warrantied. In fact, there are some comical threads on Dweb that talk about their individual experiences with Dealers. Common sense will say that if you blow a suspension related part on your D2 with aftermarket springs, shocks and big ass tires; well then it's on you. Make sense....? Paul '00 ROVER
