I have a disco two with only 16k miles, and I was wondering if I got say an OME lift, would that viod the warranty? oh yeah, the dealer wouldnt be installing it. thanks, josh |

Depends on your dealer. But to void the warrantee they would need to prove that the modification was the cause of the failed component to be covered from the warrantee. |

Definately depends on the dealer Josh. There are some serious pricks out there and there are some good guys as well. I have been somewhat lucky with the items that I have had warrantied. In fact, there are some comical threads on Dweb that talk about their individual experiences with Dealers. Common sense will say that if you blow a suspension related part on your D2 with aftermarket springs, shocks and big ass tires; well then it's on you. Make sense....? Paul '00 ROVER |
