Oh yeah its going on a 98 Disco.

what tools do you need
i.e. hole saw diameter?

no, i don't have any pics of my install process. It's pretty easy though, I think the hole saw diameter is 3". Use a claw hammer to pull the things that hold the inner fender guard in place. Get a punch rivet tool and some silicon to seal everything up and you should be good. Oh you will need something to cut a hole in the side of the airbox (I used a dremel drill). It's pretty straight forward, I could probablly do one in 3 hours now but give yourself the better part of a day for the first time.

well, like most ARB product instructions they leave a little to the imagination but it is fairly self explanatory. You tape the template to the truck and drill the holes, make the big hold for the intake to pass through, and then once you see how it is going to fit you pretty much realize what you have to do, not hard just go slow and give yourself time. Oh plug up the throttle body with a rag or something once you disconnect the MAF because metal shavings will be going everywhere when you start drilling and you don't want them down in there.

The punch rivet tool is a MUST

From what I understand Blake, they are on back-order right now. I talked to Rocky Road and he doesn't stock them, it would have to be drop shipped which they charge extra for. Go with someone you know, there is a guy on here that can get you one. I'll be doing one a bit later. Finally getting a bumper myself.. Later... Rob
