let me make a sales pitch for John - his stuff is very good. if only LR didn't make such hurdles to get to see the PDF documents (i mean Rave)!

Yeah there great no doubt but selling bootleg CD's for $45.00 is bullshit...

so what do you want, SPA, 3 bootleg CDs for $3?
or you're an honest to God guy and want to buy the real thing from Land Rover for a couple grand?

i have an 89 RRC and a 96 D1 - so i only needed 2 of them. Sure beat the hell out of nearly $50 for two of useless hardcover Haynes' manuals. If i knew of the CDs before, i wouldn't have bothered sending my money to AB.

I dont belive he is an agent for Rave, is there a product License or support offered what about updates... The Rave is a quality CD

He took some one elses property in its orginal form coppied it and is selling it in the US that's BS. If he wants to pull the Data and make it in his own format i can respect that more.. Look at it this way PM what if someone went around and striped all the parts off your land Rovers and sold them at a fraction of the cost would that piss you off. Im one for sharing software it has lead me to buy newer versions but selling bootlegs is bad for all

Yea,

My copy you got for free. Enjoy it. Especially after he told me he wouldn't distribute it.

SPA, why don't you quit bitching about him, and go buy yourself a quality Rave?

personally, i could never understand the difference between an original CD and the cloned.
i'd buy an original for $30 if LR ever sold them.
