From COL David Hackworth's Website

LEST WE FORGET
Hanoi Jane Fonda in her Glory sitting in the gunner's seat of a Soviet-made North Vietnamese Anti Aircraft gun while her countrymen were dying in and over Vietnam.

This is for all the kids born in the 70's that do not remember this, and didn't have to bear the burden, that our fathers, mothers, and older brothers and sisters had to bear.Jane Fonda is being honored as one of the "100 Women of the Century." Unfortunately, many have forgotten and still countless others have never known how Ms. Fonda betrayed not only the idea of our country but specific men who served and sacrificed during Vietnam.

Mike Benge was a civilian economic development advisor in Viet Nam, and was captured by the North Vietnamese communists in South Viet Nam in 1968, and held for over 5 years. He spent 27 months in solitary confinement, one year in a cage in Cambodia, and one year in a "black box" in Hanoi. Each Memorial Day week-end Mike sits all day in a bamboo "tiger cage" to demonstrate the suffering of captives of the Viet Cong. For his views on Jane Fonda read his article "Shame on Jane"

Who is honoring her as one of the "100 Women?" How can we stop it? That bitch should have been killed long ago for being a traitor. I was born in 1974 but I know all abot her. I am in the military and can tell you this. If I get captured and anyone tried half the shit she pulled I would hunt her down and like a dg when I got home.
BTW, She used to be married to Ted Turner who owns just about everything. I can not help the cable thing but he owns a major part of A-B (Bud) Beer so I will not drink tha crap

I'm another 1974 boy who is currently in the military, and all too familiar with the actions of that traitorous bitch. Wasn't aware that anyone had the audacity to call her one of the 100 women of the century though. Who do I need to boycott for that?

For those who do not know why military men and all good Americans hate Jane Fonda so much, here goes...I believe this story is from McCain's book but I may be wrong......

Jane Fonda was to visit the "Hanoi Hilton" to see first hand the condition of the American POW's. The NVA cleaned the men up, fed them, did not beat them so their bruises would heal and gave them new clothes.
When Fonda arrived the POW's where lined up to greet her. She went from man to man, shaking hand with each one. The POW's expected this, so three for them wrote their social security numbers on a little sheet of paper and passed it to Fonda as she shook their hands.
When Jane Fonda reached the end on the line she turned to the NVA camp commander and handed over the three pieces of paper the men had covertly given her. All three men where beaten and tortured. One died from it (I think).

This is just an example of what that traitor bitch did. I have been in direct combat and will go again. It makes me sick to think that could be me.

Matt and Dana,

Thank you. Thank you for protecting our freedom and risking your lifes for our nation. While I do not wish to ever be a soldier, that does not stop me from thinking of all of the armed forces and what they have done for this nation and what they will do in the future.

Once again, Thank you.

Ms. Fonda should certainly suffer for her traiterous actions. There does not, however, appear to be any facts to sunstantiate the Hanoi Hilton story.

Fortunatly, in her case there is plenty of well documented reasons for scorn.

FWIW

Eric

Matt, I do have the pics. They are on the other computer or somewhere around here. I'll find them and send you a link. It is a real harmless looking stuck, yet in the end I was stuck.

The dent isn't a big deal. I think I can pop it right back out. I am really pleased that it just dented it instead of crumbling it up. All of the sratches look like crap but GS27 works real well on NATO desert colors :).

See ya on the trail!
