Sorry all - done a search cant find it.
I think someone has done it - how is it done and does the box actuate the nice dash light for diff lock engaged or do I have to buy a part. A just got a quote from the guys who do the push button worm drive jobby in Melbourne Aust and they are talking A$2000 for the kit alone!!!. Surely a D1 shifter would do the trick. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The D1 shifter bolted to the extension housing on the trans where the D2 is bolted to the floor pan. May want to see how CDL is actuated on the '03 D2 and buy that setup or gain ideas. I have never done this conversion but I did put a D1 shifter in my classic. I know, totally different ball game. |
