I don't know what the hell is going on in here today. Everybody must be smoking that big green.

Anyway, I got a buddy who works at the hospital who found a lung that was removed from a 1963 male, non smoker. I'm thinking of replacing my K&N. Anybody ever make this sort of swap? What issues/problems/snags should I look out for?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

K&N air filters are supposed to be the best though, Why would you try something else?

Well, the female lungs work much better (better breathing as it were)...I suppose you could get some sort of adaptor. But nothing will work with the 03 D2. Unless of course you can put in D1 head, tail, and brush bar. CDL at this point is optional.

Lung vs. K&N filter

I'd try reposting this on the "Bandwagon" thread. Lots of help over there, even though this same question comes up every couple of weeks....
