Just out of curiousity but is anyone here a mortgage broker? If so...who do you work for and where do you work. I'm a bit curious since I'm in the industry as well and I'd like to know if anyone else out there is in the same boat.

My wife is a Mortgage Loan Closing Agent (I think that's her title), she works for a small outfit here in Knoxville, TN. She's worked for Farm Credit Services and also Oak Ridge Nat'l Lab. Credit Union.. I have no idea what she does besides the fact I know that there is alot of paperwork |

obie here. i've been in the biz going on 7yrs and love everyday of it... no better gig on the street where you can help people and make $! i�m in southern Virginia working as a net branch out of my house, focus is sub-prime... surfing this wave for as long as possible! |

Thats great, I have been in the biz for 2 years now and I can honestly say I never thought I would be here! I was a broker, then an LO for Citibank and now I'm working on the wholesale lending side..interesting. Wish you folks the best on your month end right now!
