Looking into getting a Disco, and wondering if any of ya have any ( good or bad ) options about Houston area dealers. I know LR just opened a new locate up on I-45, so any location would do. Even the Austin or San Antonio locations would do too, be willing to drive there for a LR. |

Hank, just got back into the office after being out of town on business, I will call you for directions to Spring Creek in very short order. I appreciate the help. I would suggest that Leah go to the dealer on I-45. I shopped both before my wife and I bought our '01 DII and the Sales Manager, "Scott" (don't recall the last name off the top of my head) on I-45 went out of his way to make our experience very pleasant and very painless from the time we walked in to the time we walked out with the keys was about 1.5 hrs (granted we had already test driven a disco at Landrover Houston). They didn't try to sell you a bunch of extra crap for the Truck that you didn't need at the time. i.e. "the ladder to nowhere". Not to mention, Landrover Houston was no sooner interested in working with us than a man on the moon. Also the North side dealer came down well off the sticker price after discussions about the blue book value of the different options. Leah go to the North side I don't believe you will regret the decision. |
