How much would you say an LT-77 and a transfer case would be worth in decent shape with around 62k on them. I would say the t-fer case is an LT-230 far as I am concerned.

Hey Paul,
So, you have a line on a solid LT77/LT230 combo? Is it out of the car or can you actually drive it? That's going to make a big difference with regard to an asking price. If you can't drive it I wouldn't offer much more than $500 for both units. Remember, you're talking about a transmission that is at least ten years old and could be as old as twenty. Also, LT77's are notorious for low mileage failure because of inadequate lubrication inherent in their design. I'n not saying this to turn you off in anyway but more to give you a bit of bargaining leverage. By the way, do you know what series or prefix the LT77 is. That would go along way towards acurately dating the lump. If you go with this sort of set up it will really transform you Range Rover but be careful and don't pay too much!

On another note, were we supposed to do something this weekend? I think I may have deleted your email. :( I know next weekend is out but how about we try to put somehing together for the following Sunday (2/23). If that's good for you we'll post it on the trails BB.

Cheers,
Paul

Hey paul
yeah i know where i can get that set up out of a truck and mailed to me, it was used for a four banger on a series truck so i am assuming it hasn't been that badly abused. i am dropin the guy an e-mail today. I like the LT-95, but for all practical purposes i am keeping me eyes open for a 5-speed just cause i may be driving cross country this summer and i would say that its a must. it would be nice, anyhow....yes that day 2/23 sounds great to me. tomorrow the 2 1/2 inch lift goes in and the 32's and i'll be all set for now. please keep me posted on that weekend my e-mail is in my profile thingy.
regards paul
