Thinking about purchasing a 95, 2nd owner 95k truck is in excellent condition. Guy is asking 10k. Is that resonable? What pitfalls should I be aware of? How bad of a maintenance hog are these trucks?

Thanks for the help

Bob

I paid $6,500 for an excellent condition 96 so to me it's too much...

Remember, 96 and up are OBDII and distributorless...just thought I'd mention it.

Seems a bit much for that truck. I'd try to talk the owner down, check the service records out, if he doesnt have them call LR and have them run the VIN for you.

good luck

to much man, i just unloaded my disco that was well tricked for eight and it had 88k on it, I would six and a half sevenish. They aren't that bad on maintanance, brakes and rotors went from time to time for me, but i had a heavy winch and bumper, other wise i just had to take care of the usuals.
