My 97 Disco (Automatic) will only drive in Reverse and first gear. Once I start out in first I can manually shift to 2nd and so on until I reach Drive. As far as the trans. shifting on it's own, NO Dice. Im assuming it is some sort of computer or electrical problem since the trans. shifts great manually. By the way this all happened sometime after it was towed to the dealer for a fuel pump replacement. Any way it was damaged during the tow?••••••••••••••••• help would be great! | ||

What you need to do is march confidelitly up to the service desk and tell the ••••••••••• you fucked my •••••• up when you towed it now fuckin fix it. Then ask questions so they know who's boss. Worked for me 3 months ago when I took it in for service and magically I had 3 new exspensive problems when I left. You go in with out your check engine light on and you leave with it glowing orange. Did the problem arise right after you got it back? |
