Appears to be a re-skinned H2.

WTF?! So there is no money to be made in a niche market to make a true off roader (BTW I don't believe this) but someone thinks there is a market for a redone H2 and charge $25k more for a vehicle that already has a premium that IMO is $20k too high?!?

its not a H2...the word is that one of the big auto makers is doing the chassis. I thought it was GM but as the lone jeeper on the H2 pointed out it has a V10 so that points to ford. It also has a fordish front bumper on it so I would tend to thjink that thats the case.

I will take some pics of it at the chicago auto show next week and will figure it out. the front axle is going to be the tell tail.

all in all its just a collector car, just as the recreations of the avante are . less of these will go off-road then H2's

"...$75,000, and with just a dozen dealers lined up to hawk it, the XUV will be available in the fall--for "persons who want to be different," says Kelly.

I think I'd prefer not to be different then, thank you. To resurrect a heritage brand with that crap is just sad.

It looks like they would get sued by GM for back, and then sued by Ford for the front. I personally don't think it looks all that great...but atleast it has one solid axle...I couldn't tell if the pic was of the front or rear though.

The front clip sort of reminds me of the Toyota MegaCruiser.

If it's based off of a F-250 It's probably solid axels front and rear. But if it was the buyers of these vehicles would'nt know the difference anyway

looking at the bolt pattern on the wheels, guessing its a F250 platform. hey, maybe the dualie package is available!

the suicide doors are pretty interesting.

among the H1, 2, and now this thing, my LWB RR is looking like a toy out there!
