Collision Reset on Disco I Question

I found a previous post that told me how to fix it. I pushed the button in the engine well, cycled the ignition twice and the blinking stopped. The problem now is my door locks and keyless remote doesn't work. Should I have done something different? I didn't do anything other than drive it. Oh, well.
