Sorry peeps, I'm defecting due to these two beauties.... I'm convinced they are both offroad monsters.

I don't know if I can stand all these defections back and forth!

On that second one, I thought it was funny that even will all those mods, the first thing the guy states in the description is that it belongs to a non-smoker!

On the 2'nd one .I wonder why someone would build something like that in the first place . And then want to sell it right away. Hmm. Did the owner wake up one day and finally realize that a penis implant would have been cheaper and more practical .

The tread pattern on those tires doesn't look very aggressive. Does anyone know what they are, and if so, are they really meant for on-road use and not off-road use?

That is just WRONG! It's like the Rice boys putting a VTEC sticker on a Ford Probe. No, this is worse.

Oh yeah, when has the interior of a Jeep Wrangler been comfortable?

On a serious note, if I was going to defect to a Hummer, it would have to be for this one:

HMMWV

That thing will take a beating like you wouldn't believe.

Those tires are the new Truxxus All Terrains from Interco. Yes, they're street legal. Supposedly pretty good on rocks and obviously good in the sand.

yeah they should have put boggers on it, and it would have looked 100% better, i don't know why interco made those STS trxus tires in 44", if you want a 44 you should have to deal with boggers or denman.

Tom,

Those rings are actually attached to the frame under the hood, not the hood itself. They are there in case you ever need to sling your HMMWV under a CH-53 while assulting an enemy beach.

my gosh those things are so fricking CHEESY! I can smell the velveeta eminating from them. I have a couple of friends that where in the millatary and they say that hummers are trash!! they constanly break down when really used. Its like the apache heli. looks great, kills lots of things real fast, but it takes 5 on the ground to keep one running. no joke. after I took them in my disco they both agreed that the millatary should be using modified versions of the discovery. These guys both used hum vs in the gulf.

eduardo,

Your right, the military hmmwv's are trash, but, it has more todo with most of the vehicles that are still in use (at least the USMC ones) were built in the mid to late 80's and have been beat to hell by drivers that don't give a shit about the vehicle. Personaly, knowing what these vehicles have been put through, I'm surprised some of the work at all!
