ok, first of all i've been using a tape adapter to play music off my ipod (mp3 player). Well, i'm not sure exactly when it happened, but somewhere along my trip TODAY the tape got stuck in the tape deal....i had it off, but now it doesn't matter if the radio is on or off, the screen stays off and there is this tape eating sound coming from the tape deck... i can't eject the dumb thing and i tried taking fuse 3 out.....'95 disco.....its supposed to be for that, but it won't stop, it doesn't even stop when the car is off....if the deck is broken, i can deal with that, but i can't listen to the radio or get it to stop unless i disconnect the battery. And i'll be damned if that stupid tape eating thing eats my battery tonite and i can't start it tomorrow mornin'...... THANKS PLEASE E-MAIL ME.....ITS URGENT!!! |

I suggest removing the deck and take it apart and clean it out with computer duster it's probably just really dirty or something is caught in there. Similar problem happend to me and when I took it apart there was a dead moth in there. |
