I have been looking for OBD II software for my Pocket PC. I have seen some for use with Palm Pilots on EBay for @ $150. EASE makes for Pocket PC, but is charging $445...whats the deal? Does anyone know of anything cheaper? I don't want to have to by the Palm just for OBD. suggestions?

Not meaning to hijack the thread here but I also have some questions.

what about the cost of a basic setup? Any recommended brands? how useful is a OBDII reader? where can you find the codes?

A basic reader (i.e., Creader) costs about $50, read the codes and clear...go to Ebay and search OBD II readers... I want more than this capability for my Disco
