Got a leak in the gasket in one of my alpine windows, I need to know the best way to pop the window and gasket out then how to put it back in.

On a disco 1 it's a 2 piece zipper wall gasket. The middle section pulls out pretty easily. You can start it with a screw driver. Once this is out the glass will come out with little effort. However, instalation is tricky without the auto glass tool that feeds the rubber back into the grove. The tool looks like a screwdriver with a diamond shaped hole on the end. The rubber feeds through this hole.
If you don't have this tool my advice is to remove the glass, do what you need to do, and the take it to an auto glass shop. It's an easy job with the right tool; it shouldn't take them more than 5 minutes.
