After spending all day working on a 97d1 for my little bro making it trail ready the fuckin turn signals are flashin at 100 mph. I removed the rear bumper and all the plastic shit from the front. All I did was remove the bulbs out of the connector and taped them up and ziptied to get them out of the way. my question is what should I do to get the blinkers back to a normal pace ?

Cut the connectors off? Maybe cross the wires? that's all I could think of

Thanks

Its a resistance thing, Ron is right, if you put the bulbs in they will blink at the normal rate.
