Has anyone had any success reading the OBD2 codes from a D2. My service engine light has come on a few times during the past few weeks. I tried to read the codes with a scanner interface/laptop last night with no success. Each time I tried to download the codes, the software said that an interface could not be found. I have seen previous posts about the interfaces on www.OBD-2.com. Has anyone had any success with these interfaces. If so which one. Joey |

I've used the obd-2 setup without flaw on a D1. Haven't tried on a D2 but the connector and protocol is the same. pwc |

There are slight differences in OBD II coding between carmakers. Not all scan tools work on LR even though they should. For example, some Snap On professional scanners won't work. Try another brand. Yours probably isn't broken, it's just incompatible. |
