Does anyone know if a 285/75/16 will squeeze onto the stock 16x7 disco rims? If so what do they look like? |

It'll fit the rim no problem (I ran that size on my D90)...it's the vehicle you may have problems with. I don't think a disco can run that size without some serious mods.

Im running the MTR's in that size on my Disco2 with 3" lift but my rims are 16x8. Very little rubbing with swaybars hooked up, havent tried full stuff without swaybars. Steering stops have to be adjusted. Alen |

I have the clearence for the tires, but what I am worried about is the width of the 285 on a 7" rim. |

The Back Spacing will be though... with 265s I am getting inside wheel-well rubbing on the rear...nothing major, but should raise a flag... Also, that is on 22mm offset LR rims (5.5*16), and not the 33mm, which may be worse... Goodluck |
