Hey, I am trying get a post-trail checklist going. Here are things I have put together off the top of my head. Please add 1. Check tires and rims. Air up if possible. 2. Check trailing arms 3. Check suspension (shocks at mounts and springs.. seated correctly) 4. Check drivetrain. 5. Check brake fluid 6. Check oil 7. Check steering fluid These seem like the most obvious things that could become damaged on the trail and effect road handling. I just want something that can easily be done before I get back on the road. I am sure I am missing some other common components here? JK |

Check your lugnuts. I learned by watching a few folks check theirs a couple of weeks ago. Actually had a few loose lugnuts after a long day of wheelin in the snow and ice. |

Good one Paul, didnt even think of that. I thought of anouther one to add. Check the sway bar frame mounts. I seem to have bent both the front and rear one. JK |

Track rod and steering dapner, drag link, panhard rod. Very common to bust that stuff up. |
