I've used these marine connectors before and they are great. But a bit pricey.

They are used on my Seadoos and years of saltwater haven't affected anything.

If you don't mean to disconnect them, you can cover regular connectors with silicone sealant (home depot) for a pretty permanent seal, but it will peal off when you need to.

Chris - I like GM weatherpak connectors - available on line or at most parts stores (Pep Boys, etc) - they are available in single through 5 conductor usually.
