After starting my rig in the morning it stumbles/misses. As it gets warm the problem subsides, and only has slight hesitations occasionally while driving. I've replaced the plugs (bosch plat), fuel filter, VSS, and fuel temp sensor(just installed temp senor haven't put 5 miles on since). Does anyone have any other ideas or areas to look at. Throttle position sensor maybe? I'm also going to purchase new magnecore plug wires soon. It also has 122K on the clock.

Sounds like the problems I was having last winter. Turned out to be my Mass Air Flow sensor going then went bad.

Could also be your water pump -- if the bearings are going.

I'm not sure what the water pump would have to do with it missing a little while it warms up?

if you see a lil white smoke come out of the exhaust during startup,, check out the fuel pressure regulator. could be failing and running too rich/lean.

I regapped the plugs...didn't gap them when I put them in they were gapped out of the box at about .38 or .40. Gap was suppose to be .32. Stupid mistake, now it seems to run fine. Sputters only a little when u first start and its cold. Runs fine after it warms up for a bit.
