My Guess Will is to start around 22 PSI I run that in the Jeep (3600 lbs) with 35-12.5-16 radials... With bias plys the trick used to be to let air out until they bulge then add air until they stop.. Once you get to that point make a chalk mark across the tire and watch it wear off to make certain the tire has the whole tread on the ground. But do not run them at high speed with a bulge.. The bias plys aren't supposed to flex that much and could get hot.. Well maybe not such a big tire but be aware.. Also be prepared for some different handling.. Maybe good wit a lift.. BAck in the olden days (before unleaded gas and radials... but i date myself) Caster actually ran positive.. Opposite of what we do now... With the advent of the radial tire the relationship between where the tire contacted the ground and the line of the king pins changed considerably!!! You might actually steer in a straight line better!!! |
