D1 decided to black out on me!!!

Author Message   Corey (Discobro) Member Username: Discobro Post Number: 83 Registered: 12-2002 Posted on Sunday, March 09, 2003 - 12:35 am:    Got in my 96 D1 to go somewhere and everything shut down!! Everything seemed normal at first, all dash lights came on, beeps, bells, etc. but just as I clicked the key over to the III spot on the ignition, everything died! No dash lights, no ignition, no nuthin! I took my other car to where I was headed, and when I got back I tried to start it again. This time I get an ignition chime but no lights (no check engine, ABS - all the usual starting lights). There is also a funny pulsating sound under the front passenger seat. Could that be my fuel pump trying to pump? What in the HELL just happened???   D.
