Anyone know who is selling this vehicle? I saw going south today, looked from a distance that it had some interesting mods. |

It's white, only had a quick gander as I drove south, had some racks on it that I've never seen before, kind of like "half" racks. I'm gonna try to get a closer look on Friday. |
