I like the one on the Discoweb home page, looks like the LR's are circling for the kill on the H2! I want to hear some feedback about how the tank did. http://landrover.mrbaileyshistory.net |

I would say the H2 (and Kevin) did better than anyone expected. I don't think there are many H2 owners with the balls to throw their brand new vehicle - 900 miles on the clock - into the kind of terrain we traveled this weekend. There were, of course, obstacles that only the locked Discos could handle - you can see me reversing down one of them! - but all things being equal, the H2 was unstoppable. |

Well, I have to tell you Kevin, with the exception of the ACTIS (artificial central tire inflation system), I was not the least bit disappointed with 'the burb'.. heheheh - I think you learned a few things along the way with respect to your traction control, and it showed... nice job. let's do this again sometime - bring more hummers! heheheheh /mike kyle - get better bait.. lol - fish ain't biting today.

Kevin, like i said, there was an H2 along with the rovers on Holcomb Creek during the Rover Rendezvous last Summer. He fared just as good as anyone else, except for really sweating out the pinstriping. there is a bunch of trails near San Diego where H2 won't fit - pure geometry. |
