Can someone do me a big favor and measure the Disco I seat mounts? I am interested in how far the bolts are apart in bolt width and length. Also looking for the height of the seat as measured from the bottom of the seat mounting bracket to the top of the bottom seat cushion. I am interested in both the electric seats and more importantly the manual seats. I am having headroom probs in my '90 RRC and am considering a seat conversion. I have also heard from a few folks that maybe Saab 9000/900 seats will work with the Rangie bolt pattern? Not sure on this one yet. Larry |

width = 17 1/8" center to center of forward mounting bracket length = about 10 - 12" (forward mounting bracket has one through-bolt, rear bracket is elongated with at least two anchor bolts) height, bottom of mounting bracket to high portion of seat cushion = 7 3/4" need more precision or accuracy? let me know... |

That sounds the same as mine except for the seat height. Was that with the seat lowered all the way? BTW Thanks for helping me out on this. Larry |

seats don't lower, just slide back & forth. The 7 3/4" measurement was from the bottom of the front bracket (just under the bottom of the seat leather) to the top of the cushion. Let me see if I can snap a pic of the side of the seat with the door open today (digi cam at home, but maybe my office cam is available)... |
