Hello folks I think I fried the starter today, it's been 10 years and it was giving me signs of malfunction. What does everyone get when theirs goes bad. I was thinking about the Mean Green one. I do ford water alot. Any recommendations?

Hey Ozzie-
I just checked the D-Web archives yesterday and there is a great thread concerning this, check it out: starter thread I thought I needed a new one this week but fixed the problem.

Thanks, I'm gonna see how much credit I have on hand at a local Rover place I've taken a bunch of un used parts to and maybe go with a used one, Or maybe go with the mean green, If Larry G. has one, it's gotta be good. He drives his truck as hard or harder than I do down here in the MUD.
All the best,
Ozzie
