Turn Signals Quit

I have checked all of the fuses and bulb, everything fine. So I tried the hazzard flashers and they are dead too. Is it the switch on the steering column? My turn signal switch is bad but I still get turn signals,and the hazards have never quit working. Sorry to say that I don't have any suggestions. It should be on the lower left side of the fuse box below the steering column.
