Someone a few weeks ago was wanting to know how far a Discovery can go before it would roll. Well, it will go at least this far. Im not sure on the angle, but its a scary one.

Well, the last time I did this for that Hummer, I ran into a problem getting a source for 0 degrees but I just used the dash in the picture for this one. Seems close, 33 is getting there.

Yeah thats at the rover-sponsored event in NJ, so you can bet thats nowhere near the real limit. Its nice and smooth and artificial.

Eric, from the point of view of the camera, it is looking a bit down, so the actual angle is somewhat larger than that - about 37 deg (in my photogrammetrically untrained eye).

unlifted stock d1 is supposed to have 42 degrees static rollover angle.
