AIR CONDITIONER DOESN'T WANT TO BLOW

If it has, I apologize. Anyway, it's getting warm in Texas and I decided to turn on the air in my 98 Disco. Put the blower switch on the #1 position and nothing happened...no air at all. Put it on the #2 position and the same thing...nothing. Put it on the #3 position and it blows fine.
