D1 Fog Lamps Sealed?

Can anybody recommend a source of replacement bulbs? All I've seen on the web are complete assemblies with mount and all. Though I couldn't figure how to get into them until one rattled off the truck in several pieces. The beams are not sealed. I was able to pry apart the lamps to clean them out after they filled with water.
