All you need is you VIN#. They asked me what color my rig was but I don't know why. Very cooperative and easy though. If your local dealership gives you a hard time about it (I've read on Dweb that a lot of them do. Try to charge you for it or tell you you have to bring your rig in) call the Portland, Oregon dealership and they won't give you any hassle. 503-230-7700
