Can and has anyone used an injector cleaner in a Land Rover before especially for a D2? Does it cause damage to the engine? I have always used fuel injector cleaners on my other trucks before but now I am not sure about the D, I don't see why I couldn't

I use it all the time - slick 50, most are alike - there is another that seems to be a favorite - BG 44 or BG 44K - something like that

The engine in your Disco is hardly more exotic than it was in the early 60's when Buick originally designed it.

If you feel you need to use it, go ahead.

I use Chevon with Techron at every oil change on my 99D2.

I agree with Jason! Crazy Buick engines.
