Here is the plan.
On Sunday March 30th, meet at my house by 9:00 am. Leave at 10:00 am. Drive to Ft. Bragg and go down Bragg Blvd. Drive to Jacksonville, and go down Lejeune Blvd. Drive to Goldsboro and drive there. It will take about 12 hours (it will probably take closer to 8 hrs) planning is loose. You do not have to drive the whole thing, you can join and leave as you need. Please decorate your cars with flags, ribbons, and slogans.

I need to be clear about this effort, this is about support for our troops and support only. Please no messages about an illegal war, or no "kill them all and let God sort them out" messages. No messages about whether this war is right or wrong, just messages about caring for out troops, and wanting them home safely. If you would like to participate, please touch base with me so that I can have an idea of who is coming. Can some one show up with out a Land Rover, of course. But this is about the Land Rover community showing support for Americans in harm's way.

Also, I am not accepting any support from any business that is not what this is about. If you know of others who would like to do this, please feel free to let them know.

Please feel free to contact me at home, 919.639.3460 or cell at 919.612.3997.

Directions to my house.
From 40 South on 401
to 55 south in Fuquay-Varina (Exxon Station on the corner)
South to 210 in Angier
South on 210 Eckerd on the corner with the stop light.
Look for the water tower about four miles down 210.
Turn left on Niells Creek Road (kivett on some maps)
Pass through the intersection with Harnett Central road (high school is on the corner)
Take your first right on Preston Way (entrance to Remington Way) Go to the end, you will see the rovers.

An address for mapquest, etc. 172 Fieldale Drive Lillington, NC

Thanks,

Dan
