I've dealt with other vendors, many of whom are popular on Dweb, and EE's process is far superior. Plus, you are dealing with the owners throughout,so if there are any questions or issues, there is no BS involved. Not sure of the shipping charges and exchange rates regarding Canadian purchases, but if you order from them, you won't be disappointed in how quickly they respond. But Jack, you hit it on the nail, the shipping charges are high and the duty / brokerage fees may make you cry. The best for shipping that I have experienced in actually usps airmail is cheap and faster than UPS. Items that do pass through customs are not scrutinized as much as they are through couriers like UPS. I'll bet that if they 'installed it' you could have EE ship to the shop. That way you avoid the extra shiping and brokerage.
