Installing SIMBARS brush bar D1

Its not so straight forward as I thought it would be. Just wondering how you nounted it (drilling, bolts, cutting, etc...) Atlantic British sells this bar, but they wont give me any contact info for SIMBARS...whatever that is all about....nor will they contact them and see if i can buy hardware seperately. Can't find any info online either. HELP!!!
