These trails are tight. I ran trail 6b today with the SV4W guys. If you look at the trail description 6b should be a mid level trail. 33" tires, locker optional. I am locked in the rear and had a real hard time with this trail. Some of the guys in jeeps locked front and real with 38"+ tires were having a real good time with this trail. Alot of the trail here are very off camber. I lost both real tail light guards on trees today, aswell as a few dents on ther rear of my truck. To get through many spots on the trail you had to just lean your body into the tree and ride it out. I thoght for sure I was going to loose a window. These is alot of loose rock and dirt also.

The Cove camp ground up there is very nice. They have cabins to rent and real nice camping areas. There were at least 3 large ponds for fishing and swimming. They also had horse back riding.

I will be back in June for sure.

The only beef I got was on my pissy 33" tires. There were severl guys there with 44's. You know Skip from over in Crozet, he was leading up everything. He came rolling in with a Semi and 3 Monster trucks on the back, got the semi stuck in the mud and had to off-load his rear steer rock crawler to get his self out. I'll try and get that photo. Im gonna make some sort of rear wrap around bumper before I go back. Those trees are hell.

Hopefully i'll be up for it this summer, gonna try and get some new RTE 2in springs and some rear top lowered shock mounts. This website had some really interesting stuff on it check it out cause the prices aren't that bad. I got my bumper direct from england and paid around 400 w/shipping american and AtlanticBritish.com charges 650 plus shipping. They have some really awesome kits. http://www.scorpion-racing.co.uk/

I'm going to try to go. I might have to make it a day trip but it's pretty close to me.
