I want to relocate my steering dampner for my discovery and I have only heard of the kits that use a d-90 dampner. I already have a discovery OME dampner and was wondering if there is a kit in which I wouldn't have to buy a d-90 dampner. Marcel |

I have relocated mine to the garage floor. Although I would eventually like to put the thing back on. |

It drives fine but the steering is a little fast and when I hit a bump I get a little bit of steering shake. But it has been of my truck for about 9 mo. now and I don't notice it much anymore. |

Look at Safari Guards or ECR's, they use the stock damper, double check that though. ECR's is nice, but I don't think you can buy their set up without them installing it. It does more than just relocate the damper. Also check the tech section, there is plans for one that uses the stock type of damper. Rockware and the CB type of set ups use that defender mount, RTE's only works wit their heavy duty tie rod, so you have to get that first. |
