I would like to get my hands on a DF90 Diesel with a softtop but am having trouble locating one. Does anyone out there have any idea if any companies are bringing them over? Or, if I found one over there what I would need to do to put it on the road here. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. |

You can't import vehicles that are not 25 years old because of the emissions laws in the US. You would be hard pressed as an individual to bring a diesel 90 or 110 into the states. I know of dealerships that do it with TD5's, I know I know, it didn't seem plausable to me either when my boss told me we were doing it but two months later and I was driving down the road in a TD5. So the answer is it can be done, but it is probably more trouble then it is worht. |

LR doesn't make (& AFAIK, never made) a 90 softtop Tdi. the only way to have one is to buy a petrol ST and throw a Tdi in it. T |
