I'm talking about the piece that sits inside of the end of the rear drive shaft in the middle of the rotoflex.I can not get the damn thing out. I have an inner bearing puller and it wont grip since the inside is sheer and smooth. heat and chissel wont free it up either. A new part came with my rotoflex kit, so I assumed It is replaceble. any help would be appreciated. thanks. |

I left that part there till the truck had 90K miles, and several rotoflexies, now i have that old drive shaft for sale, I will say that i never had any vibes without replaceng that part! It's a receiver for the centering pin, toss a bit of grease on it and drive man! Then when the roto goes again get a u-joint drive shaft!!! Peter |

Do a search you will find how a dremel tool was used to cut it out. I did the same thing. |

I clamped a Vise grip onto the flange and whacked it out. It took quite a while, but it worked. |

Mine cracked to bits and fell out when changing a rotoflex at 200,000 miles. I just said forgetaboutit and did not bother with replacing it. It doesn't seem to do anything. |
