I warm the truck up for about 3-5 minutes in the driveway, all is fine. Its in neutral, clutch is out. As soon as i depress the clutch, the idle goes from 900ish to 2300 and sits there?? At stop lights, same thing. After about 15- 20 seconds of 2300 rpms it will drop down to about 400-600 rpms, but never stalls. As soon as I let the clutch back out, all is fine. My early monday morning ideas were I need a new clutch or maybe it is thermostat related??? Anybody have any ideas on this one?? |
