The gas tank skid is another $150. I don't remember if that includes the LED lights or not, it has been too long. I think the DII is pretty much the same, but don't quote me. I just put one on my D1 - OUTSTANDING - and their D2 bumper looks better than the D1. You do have to remove the stock hitch. Mine was a cut-off, but I think the DII is a bolt-off. Its nice to have an extra set of hands though. I think my skid plate weighed 40lbs, and the bumper just over 90.
