I was wondering If anyone has removed the front seats from their Disco. I have a tear in the drivers seat that needs repair. The 4 bolts that mount the frame to the floor are frozen. There are 4 torx head bolts with square nuts that mount the seat to the frame, I can't get access the the torx ends and the square nuts are in a channel.

Yes it's easy.

You can access the rear torx heads when the seat is fully back, and the front torx heads when the seat is fully forward through the access hole in the bottom rail. A 5mm metric allen wrench will fit the torx head nicely. Four bolts and off.
