I USED THE U HAUL KIT AND IT HAS WORKER FOR ABOUT A YEAR,I HOOKED IT UP ON THE PASSENGER SIDE,SPLICED INTO THE LITTLE PIG TAIL THAT IS BEHIND THE JUMP SEAT.THE PROBLEM NOW IS THE PARKING LIGHTS ON THE PASSENGER SIDE ARE DEAD,THE BULBS ARE GOOD,ALSO THE DASH LIGHTS ARE GONE ALSO.IT THEIR A FUSE TO THE RED WIRE WITH THE ORANGE STRIPE,ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. Try Fuse F8 in the facia use box. Also check the fuse box uder the hood for the side light fuse |

I CHECKED THE UNDER HOOD BOX,IT WAS GOOD. WHAT IS THE FACIA USE BOX,I LOOKED AT THE FUSE PANEL UNTHER THE STTEERING WHEEL THEY ALL LOOK GOOD.IT THERE A INLINE SOMEWHERE,OR AM I AT THE WRONG PLACE. THANKS DAVID |

David, Sorry to give a very general response. Usually when a dash light goes out, a brake light is out. (it's a safety feature on many cars.) I would isolate the tail lights and check that everything works there first. From there, I would look at the tailer wiring. I have seen rusty light sockets do strange things to light setups. Hope this helps a litte. Brian |
