Just as an FYI... I don't know who's using these tow jaws but I just got the May issue of LRM and there was an article in there that Dixon-Bate has issued a voluntary safety recall on the 5 ton Dixon-Bate tow jaw. They printed some serial numbers and build date but unfortunately, they're stamped inside so you're going to have to unbolt them. I forgot the serial numbers, but when I get home I'll post them here.
