I have a 03 Disco when set on Cruise control at 70mph on a level highway seems to cycle to accelerate & decelerate. I noticed the tach move slightly during these cycles. I verified these "surges" on my GPS, which showed changes of speed about 0.7 to 0.8 mph during cycling. Is this common? I"ll bring this up to the dealer @ maintenance time. Thanks |

I don't doubt you have an issue but the update rate on civilian gps ain't quick enough to call that close. I have 95D1 and the cruise on those always goes back to vacuum trouble. |

Mine was doing the same thing b/c the clip that attaches to the throttle linkage was out of adjustment. If memory serves me I believe that there should be 2mm of play. Hope this helps. Good Luck Brent |
